EXPERIENCE MATTERS: I offer over 40 years providing psychotherapy nd have tow licenses in California (LCSW and Clinical Psychologist). When appropriate and relevant, I integrate positive cutting edge evidence based psychology with yoga therapy (certified), mindfulness skill training, expressive arts therapies, dreamwork. I've worked with people of all ages, my youngest client was literally prenatal (there is a story of course) and my oldest was 106. My approach is to engage you as a partner ; I work deeply , intimately but also keep a very practical focus with clear steps and results in mind.
I LOVE connecting with people from all walks of life and contributing to their unfolding transformation,return to their natural state of radiance and integration, discovering new strengths,visions,insights and meaning . It is an honor and priviledge to guide you towards your goals and help you meet yoruneeds more effortlessly. My joy is in tehprocess of change and grwoth itself. It's like participating in magic..I bring the skill , to open the door to natural transformation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TYPICALLY: I like to meet by phone and make sure I understand what you are seeking/hoping for and determine together if we are going forward. The conversation includes discussion about payment options and rates: such as if you are covered by any insurance that I am a provider for, or you want to choose me as an out of network provider OR you will be paying privately. Once we agree to the basics, I email you my intake documents and set our first appointment! You bring the completed intake docs with you...If we agree to meet ONLINE , instead of IN PERSON then you email me your completed docs.

I accept some insurances
If paying directly, I offer a range of fees , essentially the longer the series of sessions , the lower the rate per hour. I also offer payment plans.
How did you get started in this business?
Both my parents were Pioneers in the Human Potential Movement and Executive Coaching and Career Counseling.
I grew up surrounded by pioneers in Human Growth. My formal studies began at age in social work , psychology , psychotherapy paralleled my personal explorations in the Arts, MomvementTehrapies, Art Therapies, Meditation , Yoga..and experienceing a variety of therapies to apply to my own growth .I earned my Masters by age 20, my doctorate by age 28 and my various Certifications in more recent deacdes. My joy and pleasure is in the Process of Growth and Change.
