What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have an initial conference, evaluate the invention for patentability and decide, with the client, how to move forward. For example, we may want to do a search, file a provisional or non-provisional application.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Biology, but do many technologies including mechanical, computer, and Design patents. Myself, or one of the engineers on my team will be able to handle most any technology. I have also passed the patent bar exam with the USPTO to get my license to practice. #73,334.
