An integrative, intuitive, therapeutic style that promotes feelings of wholeness and well being.
Providing a non judgmental open supportive space that is conducive to nurturing and letting go, and encourages trust building.
Accomplished by a blend of deep tissue, Swedish, rhythmical bodywork; assisted by percussion, oscillation, and energetic rhythms of cranio-sacral, sacred geometry, and dialogue within a structural integration, (guided Imagery) overview.
Very specific problematic body areas are focused on, along with general holding or strain patterns physical and energetic.
Integrative joint mobilization with Interactive self movement instruction and stretching are used when circumstances promote it.
All session activity is orchestrated within clients needs, requests and time limitations.
Individualized use of the above methods are applied in whole and/or part to facilitate clients bests results, as requested or voiced by them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer can be using an intake form to help them discover what their needs and goals might be. Also a more general relaxed approach maybe just casual conversation around a particular physical concern about tension with a part of their body they want addressed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained as a Hellerwork Structural Integration practitioner, and have adapted by bodywork to include a integrative approach to my massage. I use cranio-sacral, work from upledger, and sacred geometry initiated from a mystery school in my work as well.
