What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's as important to me as it is to my clients that the "fit" be right. In an introductory call, I like to learn as much as I can about the business' history and your passion. At the same time, I'm sharing as much as I can about my experience, my brand/business development philosophy, and how I've set my clients' companies apart. Assuming we have a shared love of intelligence, candor, collaboration and humor, the process typically begins with either an in-person meeting or a briefing questionnaire.
