I am 10-year veteran attorney with litigation and trial experience. My law office, Jacob Regar Law, primarily handles personal injury cases. I also handle lemon law cases. One of the best services I offer is my willingness to work directly with my clients. I find this to be the ideal approach in personal injury cases because once a person's claim begins, there is a constant need for a lawyer to manage the case and skillfully guide the client through the claim process. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A claim begins when the client and attorney sign a contingency fee agreement. The client will be provided with intake forms to complete. The attorney will collect details about the parties involved in the case and any applicable insurance information. The attorney will send out letters of representation. After the client's injury information is provided to the attorney, the attorney can facilitate customary and appropriate medical treatment for the client. And the attorney will then help develop themes for the case. As the client focuses on healing and getting back to their normal routine, the attorney develops the case, building up to settlement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 10-year veteran litigator in personal injury cases. Cases that I handle include car accident, truck accident, slip and fall, trip and fall, dog bites, uninsured motorist claims, Uber rider cases, Lyft rider cases.
