When Dr. Jocelyne Eberstein works with a patient, together they begin an intimate and customized journey towards creating solutions specifically for that patient's health challenges. The wide breadth of Jocelyne's education and her years of experience all come into play to make dramatic shifts towards total health and wellness. Jocelyne is relentlessly committed to finding solutions, and has many "tools in her toolkit" to bring about healing: acupuncture, bioenergetics medicine, allergy-desensitization training, Chinese Medicine, hormone therapy and so much more. The highly-respected eCenter in Los Angeles (created by her in 1990) has become a major center for healing and wellness, and stands out for its creative and competent solutions to difficult patient problems. Of special note: a lot of locations offer a quick fix to a problem, but the "why" of the problem is the true critical element. Joceylne is committed and dynamic towards finding the "why" and bringing the patient to a stronger, healthier reality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite them to call in and schedule a 20 minute complimentary "Health Strategy Session". This allows the potential patient to see if we're a good fit as well as alloeing Jocelyne to determine if and how she can help them.
If they decide to proceed we answers all questions regarding our fees and potential course of treatment, schedule them, collect a depost for the new ptient visit and send them the new patient paperwork aling with a review of our fees.
