Certified as a coach from CTI in San Francisco, Certified as an NLP practitioner / trainer, and Certified by Moody's Analytics in Finance/Credit. I've also earned my honorary PhD from the real world School of Hard Knocks, alias University of PO Box 5000 (UC Santa Cruz, Computer & Information Science, but still can't get my iPhone to work).
