About
My main focuses while in session with a client are to create a safe place for people to be exactly who they need to be in the moment. Life is very hard and we all need a safe haven to be protected emotionally while we process and heal. And I also focus on making sure my clients dont feel alone, that they know they have a teammate on this journey of life.
I greatly enjoy being involved in the moments of life with my clients, seeing them gain hope and peace and master, and watching and cheering them on as they develop and grow.

Creating a safe holding space to explore their goals and where they want to head. Validating their feelings and emotions and their place in life to empower them to change as we work as a team toward their goals.
