Dr. Proescholdt has been helping patients for 30 years. She continually expands her knowledge to provide her patients with the most current and best care available. We help people of all ages. We specialize in automobile, sports and other injuries. We treat specific problems such as herniated discs, headaches, facet syndrome, carpal tunnel and many others as well as pain management for chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis,scoliosis and neuropathies. We have available techniques such as specific chiropractic adjustments, myofacial release, trigger point therapy and many others as well as Class IV Laser therapy , Electric Stimulation and Mechanical Traction. We also provide nutritional, exercise and general wellness counseling. We take a " whole body" approach to each persons diagnosis and treatment. Every patient is treated as the unique person that they are.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it is recommended they call to schedule an appointment. A complete neurological, chiropractic and Orthopedic examination will be performed. After this, a report of findings will be given to the patient and a treatment plan outlined. If the patient wants to continue then treatment will commence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr Karen graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1988. She has a BS in Physiological Psychology and a BA in Developmental Psychology. She continues to increase her education every year improving her knowledge in nutrition, exercise physiology, various chiropractic techniques and procedures.

We accept almost all insurance. If you have chiropractic benefits then we most likely are providers but will help you by calling the insurance company for you if needed. If there are benefits than you are responsible for the deductible and copay portion. If there is not coverage we do offer Wellness Plans on an individual basis to help those with out coverage to afford their care. We will be happy to discuss the details wigg th h you.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been a patient of chiropractic since I was 13 years old. Because of Chiropractic I have an improved quality of life and it means the world to me to help others experience the life changing benefits that are possible with chiropractic treatment.
