We work primarily with small, service businesses so that we can make the most impact in an area in which we have years of experience. I am a Certified Infusionsoft (marketing automation and CRM) partner and also help small businesses leverage marketing technology to build better and more efficient marketing programs.
We have been listed in the Silicon Valley Business Journal Book of Lists nine times as a Top Agency in Silicon Valley.
I enjoy really getting to know the small business owners and their businesses. Seeing the difference in their business is the ultimate goal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an initial discovery session to get clear on the goals and objectives, then create a plan based on those goals within your budget, resources and time available.
Implementing the plan is next -- making sure we are creating reasonable expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a design, marketing and legal background and have done a great deal of writing and copyeditting. I started my own business when I was 23, and have experience in starting and managing a small agency for the past 15 years.

We base our pricing either on packages we already offer or on a per project basis depending on the scope.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with small businesses and funded start ups that are generally in the B-to-B space.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you know where your support is and who actually is working on your project. Many people outsource and that can sometimes be an issue.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are your goals? Realistically and practicially.....understand why you are asking or doing a project and what the impact will be for your business.
