Former IRS Agent with experience auditing small businesses and individuals in the Bay Area. Founded our firm in 2012 to provide tax preparation and tax debt resolution expertise in our clients best interests. Our team is client focused and we take pride in our high customer satisfaction and retention levels. All members of our team have done graduate work in accounting and/or tax.

Tax accounting services for small businesses and the self-employed. Our experience with the IRS examining small businesses and the self-employed allowed us to see hundreds of federal and state income tax returns. We saw returns prepared with wisdom and vision, those missing tax benefits, and incompetence. Additionally, our Master of Taxation degree prepared us by teaching us how to understand the complexities of the federal income tax laws and and how to do tax research for answers and understanding. We are continually keeping up to date on the changes in law to legally minimize income taxes for clients and to support the teaching of tax classes at the college level (see Foothill College experience).
