What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to get a good understanding of our clients' tax situation. Upon the completion of the initial discussion, we will provide a quote to our clients. With all of our clients, we'd like to request a minimum of a 1-day turnaround upon receipt of the tax documents. This will allow us to complete the return and ensure that the client has claimed all that they are legally entitled to (refund) or all deductions have been captured for those clients who may owe taxes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is led by an enrolled agent alongside certified tax preparers with valuable experience in corporate finance and business and personal income tax preparation.
