We also offer tax preparation for businesses and non-profits. We also assist clients with Federal and State audits. We have experience and credentials to help our clients. We enjoy providing services for start-up companies to filing necessary taxes which can help our clients from start to finish, make us second to none! We have spanish speaking employees that are able to translate forms for clients employees if needed. Most of all I take pride to know that my clients are informed of all changes that occur in their industry and if asked a question know that you will receive a direct answer with no sugar coating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a client for the 1st time I like to meet them in person. I take notes of what their needs are and where in the accounting process needs improvements. I then discuss my price for the work and then provide the client with a contract if we are in agreement.
I ask what accounting software used and if there is none I suggest the software I use and offer the client my accounting software. Let the client know the benefits of using the software and of course always offer to help in any way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in accounting. I hold a BS in accounting and I am currently working on my MS in taxation. I have worked with large and small companies. I also offer payroll services. I have worked with clients where being audited by the IRS and State offices. I can represent you during an audit. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish.

My fee is 45.00 an hour
$200 for individual tax return
$300 plus for individual tax return with a schedule C
How did you get started in this business?
I worked with the City of San Jose Redevelopment Agency Finance Department for 7 years. I was approved for the tuition reimbursement and I graduated with a BS in Accounting in 2005. In 2000 I signed up with Jackson Hewitt tax program and finished top of my class. I worked for JH for 4 months because I realized I can open my own business and I did. I love my job and I am very detail oriented.
