We endeavor to provide you outstanding accounting and tax-related services constantly exceeding your expecations. Our monthly newsletter will keep you up-to-date on new tax law and ways to minimize your tax bill. We stay in contact with you to plan your tax strategies, prepare your income tax returns, and advocate for you with the IRS and state taxing agencies.
We have been in business since 2014 and have grown each year since. We are licensed CPAs in the states of California, Washington and North Carolina. We maintain the QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet with prospective clients -- in person, by phone or online. This gives us the opportunity to learn about clients' personal situations or about how their businesses work. We review past income tax returns or learn about the processes that require out accoutning expertise. We then prepare an Engagement Letter covering the terms our proposal including the estimate cost. Then we go to work!
We deliver our work to our clients by meeting with them because we want them to understand what we've done, We want to make sure they get the opportunity to offer changes or to get their questions ansered.
We make ourselves available afterwards to advocate with the IRS or state tax authorities, if necessary. And we stay in touch to help plan for the coming year,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill Witbrodt holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business Adminstration (MBA) in Finance. He maintains CPA licenses in California, Washington and North Carolina. He seeks out new and relevant courses of study to satisfy the annual continuing education requirements in each state. He maintains his QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification.
