What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process will help you define a strategy and development plan to ensure a successful launch. We’re precise, organized and consultative in our approach. We believe in sticking to timelines and clear communication. After launch a successful launch, we continue to work with our clients to enhance, secure and protect their websites on WordPress, Drupal and Laravel.
We can help you chose the right features, plan the site architecture or build out your technology-stack. If your project requires additional guidance, we also offer a detailed report that is developed from a comprehensive discovery process that identifies features, audience characteristics and integration needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We develop websites and portals on WordPress, WooCommerce, Drupal, and Shopify. Our developers build a feature-packed technology stack that provides data to help you publish more effective content, sell more products and improve conversion rates.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We usually collect a deposit (50% of total project cost), the second payment is collected after the design process is completed, and finally the remaining when the project is launched.
How did you get started in this business?
State Creative is an award winning web design and development agency established in 2000. We started as a design studio creating logos, branding and marketing materials, but by 2005 we were designing more websites than logos. In 2010, Founder Aron Scarinzi partnered with Garrett Goldman to grow the agency into a full-service design and development studio. We relocated from the Fruitvale neighborhood to downtown Oakland, California and assembled a broader team of designers, developers, strategists and UI/UX experts to build web experiences that deliver measurable results. Today, State Creative is a full service digital agency that builds custom websites on WordPress, Drupal and Laravel.
