What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with an indepth Discovery meeting which is followed up with a quick mockup and functional specification document. Once the customer approves of all the items in the functional specs is when we engage our developers to get the work done.
All through the process, the customer is shared an access to a portal where they can review the progress, update any notes or information and post queries or bugs while reviewing the application.
Once the application is completed and tested, we keep our ticketing system active for our Customers to post any feature list, bug or any modification on the project. With every project implemented we offer a free 30days support. Beyond which the customer needs to pick one of our Support model to keep us engaged with ongoing efforts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in software business for past 18years and have helped numerous customers in deploying complex enterprise and customer facing application. From a simple website or ecommerce solution to a highly customized CRM/ERP is what our company has offered in the past.
Most of our developers have Engineering degree and are with atleast 3+ years of Software development experience.

Depending on the project our pricing starts from $30/hr
How did you get started in this business?
Once we have a qualified customer ready to start, we first engage in getting form W-9 signed along with our standard service agreement. Upon getting the signed service agreement and the initial deposit funds, we are able to deploy resources within 48hrs to get started.

We have worked with customers in the Networking, Construction, Accounting, Loyalty, Manufacturing and Digital Marketing companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Prior to engaging any development company, please check on the following:
- How long they have been in business
- Can they share any Enterprise worthy project to showcase their work
- Do they have any credible customer references
- How much knowledgable is the development company and how quickly are they able to respond to your queries
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customer should have the following information avaiable in some format
- What exactly are they trying to achieve
- Is this a new concept or similar solution already there for reference
- Do they have any slides for storyboard, if not, do they have a very high level process flow or functional document. If not, how flexible are they to make an effort to put together something
- Need to have a fair idea of how much are you willing to spend, need to very clear about it or else it is a waste of time for everyone involved!
