Our main priority is to make sure you have a site that works to achieve your goals. This will encompass many aspects of communication from design to copywriting to overall digital strategy. We even offer consulting as a standalone option for those who would like to dig deep to seek out what will work best for their company.
We design & develop sites from the ground up to allow us to have the flexibility to build the right features for your company’s online presence. Our sites have a built-in content management system and are optimized for speed and mobile use. We keep our backend clean and easy for you to use.
We build long lasting relationships with our clients that start from your first meeting through to the launch of the site. We offer ongoing support to make sure your site grows with your business, stays strong and free of errors, and to give you peace of mind knowing you have a reliable source once your site has launched.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to be transparent with the way we work and how we utilize your expertise to create a site that will truly help your business. There are so many factors to consider and we can’t be successful without you.
Take a look at our process so you can understand your role and the steps we take to launch a site with your goals in mind:
Discover
This is the most important step in the process. We dig deep to understand what will bring value to your business. And we get there by relying on your expertise. We build out the basic architecture of the site as a roadmap to understanding your needs and to guide the design.
Propose a Solution
The solution will be based on the Discovery and budget allotted. We will outline the remaining process from design to launch to handoff. The scope, budget and timeline will be completely laid out and agreed upon before moving forward.
Collect Content
Before the design begins, we collect all copy and photos required for the site. This may come from you or we may use a copywriter and photographer if needed. This would be determined in the Discovery process.
Design
We will use the information architecture as a guide to design all the main pages. Having the architecture in place before the design process allows us to add all necessary features to each page and focus more directly on look and feel.
Develop
Once the design is approved, we start writing the code that will allow you to see your site online. We develop our own WordPress templates to give us the freedom to offer any solution you need for success. Each piece will be coded into WordPress so you can edit the site as needed.
Test
Once the code is in place and the content is inserted, we will test on all major browsers for compatibility and common sense adjustments. We also encourage you to move about the site to see if you notice anything out of place.
Launch
Everything has been tested, adjusted and approved. Now we launch the site! Once everything is on the live server, we will test again and implement a speed test that will determine which direction we should go to get your site loading quickly.
Support
Once the site is launched and all the last minute kinks have been hammered out, we offer our ongoing support to make sure the site is running smoothly and meeting your expectations. See our support packages for an idea of how we help!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Ariozona with a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Visual Communications. That's just a fancy way of saying Graphic Design.
I have 20 years of experience designing and developing sites, so I've been here from the beginning and have a passion to solving the design problem with all the standards in design and practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We collaborate with companies all across the United States within an array of different industries: biotech to safaris operators; winemakers to solar panel installers; furniture makers to magazine producers. Our interests are vast and we love to learn more about each industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Start off with some goals, specifically goals that will help your business succeed. Look for design companies that are willing to help you explore what those goals are.
Make sure you have passion. There is effort that goes into creating a successful site and it requires your input and feedback.
Make sure you're ready to invest. If you're looking for the lowest price, then you most likely are not concerned with having a site that aligned with your goals.
Focus on what the company is offering you in terms of solutions for your business. Don't worry about the technical details so much. Those aren't solutions, they are just tools.
Be ready to talk about who your targeted audience is.
