We are a Wellness Center that provides holistic healing for the whole family. I have been in private practice for over 18 years. I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki and essential oils. I am also a certified massage therapist and have a degree in Nutrition Science. It is important for my clients feel comfortable and to provide a place that they can improve their health, mind, body and spirit.
I really enjoy working with people to help them improve their health and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have client fill out medical history form. After filling out form we talk about any health concerns and what is going on with their body. Then we talk about what type of treatment they would like to have. If they have never had a particular treatment then I talk about what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My nutritional science degree is from Cal Poly. I have received training in CranioSacral Therapy from Upledger Institute I am also have training in Massage Therapy and received certification in level 1, 2 and 3 in Reiki from Mckinnen Massage School in Oakland.
