FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a new client comes in we sit down together and discuss what their needs are. What can they expect from the theraputic process,  what they want to get out of the experience and what role I am going to play. We are a team working to improve your life.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I am trained in a variety of modalities and have a holistic, humanistic approach, meaning I treat the whole person and treat each client with acceptance and openess.

I am trained in Mindfulness,TRM (trauma resiliency model), EMDR and relational therapy.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

My fee is $140 per 50 minute session.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide range of individuals 14-65yrs. I love people and feel grateful to all my clients past and present for allowing me to witness their lives.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?

The most important part of working with a therapist is feeling like it's the right fit for you. You want to feel safe and like the person gets you. The right therapist for your best friend might feel totally wrong for you. It truely is an individual process.
