Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am technical ecclectecist. Meaning, I borrow techniques from various modalities, to match my clients’ needs. However, at the core of my clinical philosophy, I am a Narrative therapist. My post-modern stance is rooted in the belief that people are NOT the problem—the problem IS the problem! I also help people de-pathologies their current situation, helping them to label their perceived issue, and help externalizations the discourse and help them find MEANING in the WHOLE experience.
