After creating hundreds of websites we've developed best practices for working with our clients.

1. We book a meet and greet phone call, take notes about your project and start the scope of work.
2. We gather your detailed requirements by emailing you a discovery document to complete.
3. We book a discovery call where we refine the scope of work and get your sign off.
4. We deliver the proposal to you along with an invoice for a 50% deposit.
5. After you sign the proposal and pay the deposit we schedule a kickoff meeting.
6. We book a kickoff meeting where we review the proposal and terms together and greenlight the job to start roughly 1 week later.
7. We invite you to our project management software.
8. We deliver mock ups roughly 2 weeks after kickoff and review them with you through screen share technology.
9. We deliver up to three rounds of client revisions on our deisgns.
10. We hand off designs to go into development on our staging server.
11. After the initial buildout is complete we begin integrating your content and images.
12. We deliver up to three rounds of client revisions of your website on our staging server.
13. We get your sign off on the three rounds of revisions.
14. We begin pre-launch QA ie: alignment & optimization.
15. We process our final invoice for the 50% balance and launch the site.
16. We begin post-launch QA and ensure the site is functioning on your servers.
17. We continue supporting your efforts through ongoing maintenance if needed.

We provide ongoing training for anything we develop or customize.  That includes custom software, website CMS, CRM and much more.

Typically our full service rate is $125/hr but I can will wiggle on the price because this is a new profile for us.  

A typical website runs between $3,500 and $15,000.  
Website maintenance is typically $200/ month and that includes up to 4 hrs for theme updates ect. 
A Typical SEO and Social Media setup is around $1,500 and ongoing content development and optimization starts at $500/ month.  
Not a beer budget but not a champagne budget either.  More like a craft beer budget.  :) 

I learned how to code in college in my free time.  I developed a portfolio and was hired as a software engineer for Unisys.  I had a Jerry Maguire moment and ended up moving on from Unisys with my boss and other coworkers to service clients on our own.
