Recovery Massage
About
I provide a wide variety of massage modalities, often combing modalities in a session. Stretching is also included upon request.
I tailor each session to the clients' needs and wants by listening to what is aligning them and talking about it. I have a table, sheets, lotion, oil or can use their own.
I have 1500 hours of training, a licensed massage therapist, 11 years of massage therapy.
I enjoy working at my own schedule, but mostly helping others get some relief and feel better.
