I focus on helping women gain the confidence to work for themselves and be their own boss.
I’ve been in business for less than a year but I have been in the helping and mentoring field for over 10 years. I’ve worked as a job Developer, I’ve conducted job readiness workshops, I’ve worked as a case manager, and I have worked in education. My passion has always been to help women and mothers achieve their goals.
If you are a woman who fears failing and therefore hasn’t started, fears what success will mean for your family (taking time away from them), if you fear letting your family down by quitting your job to pursue your dreams, then I am the coach for you. I don’t try and inspire women, I want women to be inspired by what I can bring out in them.

A free 45 minute phone call or zoom session to get to know one another and figure out if we are a fit.
We discuss what type of package best fits their needs.
Welcome email, followed by coaching materials.

How did you get started in this business?
I was this woman who had no confidence in her abilities and gave up easily on her dreams. I started thinking, “why not me? Why can’t I have a successful career and financial freedom? Why can’t I have work life balance as well? Why not me?” I was able to work through my issues and come out the other end stronger and prepared for greatness. I’ve always enjoyed helping people and I want to do for other women what I was able to do for myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly work with women and mothers who have a desire to work for themselves but either haven’t had the confidence to start or don’t have the confidence to commit to their business full time. They struggle with thinking they may have missed their opportunity or feel that success is for people who have something they inherently lack.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make the decision to hire a coach when you are ready to move forward and take action in your life. It’s like hiring a fitness coach when you aren’t ready to work out :0)
Secondly, I would make sure the coaches values match yours. Not every career coach or life coach are the same. Make sure you like their mission and their approach.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I ready to make this change in my life?
Am I prepared to invest in my dreams and goals?
Will I commit to the steps me and my coach determine are right for me?
