Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to assess tax situation, data collection, solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Enrolled Agent
An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.
Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As some tax situations can be complex pricing is based on individual need.
How did you get started in this business?
I realized I was good at it and that solving people's tax problems was rewarding.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals, Corporations, Non Profits and Trusts.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Any time I can complete a client's back returns or help them solve a stressful tax situation I feel happy. I know my client's can sleep better at night and I feel a sense of accomplishment for continuing good in the world.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It takes a level of trust between the client and the tax professional to solve tax problems so a good fit between the two is important. Also, experience with the IRS is key. Not all tax pros have representation experience which is crucial in getting a good outcome.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is always helpful when a customer knows what their end goal with a project is but that isn't always possible. The best advice I can give is to start with honesty and let us do the rest. We have solved some of even the most impossible tax problems. We have been doing this for years and have a wealth of solutions for tax resolution and every day tax business requirements.
