There are many styles of therapy,. The therapy that I do as a self-love therapist is to help somebody work on their strengths.
As you know there are many different types of therapy, some like to go back to the background or childhood of a person to work on the struggles, although those things are always taken into consideration in my practise. I have found over the years in my therapy practice that by working on people's strengths and getting them to feel empowered to care and love for themselves is a much stronger and faster way to healing. My goal is to help someone live a more self-loved life so they can fine hope, joy and self appreciation.
Seeing people move from a life of struggle to a life that is well loved and finding there own positive out comes.
I have been helping people with this for many years now and find it rewarding to my clients as well as myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We all need a little more self love, to keep us gounded and clear on where we want to go in this life.
To work with Cindy is a delight, she has a very clear plan of what is needed to move you forward to what she calls "The Self-Loved Life, more joy, leaning in to spirit and filly loving your human.
1) Starting off with a personal summery of where you are at at this moment.
2) Next is a meeting of review between the two of you with your personal summery, from there, she creates an action plan. This is a plan that is not a one size fits all, it is a personal detailed action and inner develpment plan, to get you going in a more self loving direction in your day to day life and with your future goals.
3) Cindy meets with you weekly or bi-weeekly, to continue the inner work, keep to moving forward as well as creating clarity of what you goals are.
