Platinum Notary is a mobile notary service serving individuals and businesses alike in Sacramento, Placer, and Yolo County. Whether it be at your home, office, airport, courthouse, hospital, nursing home, or local coffee shop I am available at your convenience.
My name is Erica Quarles and I am commissioned and bonded California Notary Public. I have over a decade of customer service experience as well as five years of experience in social services. I am also a member of the National Notary Association, the California Association of Notaries, and Notary Rotary. I carry $100,000 of Errors and Omissions insurance so you are guaranteed an error free service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish the document needed for notarization, obtain the time, date, and address of the amount, and send an invoice via email with a quote for services.

Each notarization (signature) is $15 each.
Travel fees are as follows:
Sacramento Couty: $25
Yolo County: $45
Lower Placer County (Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis): $35
How did you get started in this business?
I decided to become a notary in my goal of becoming an attorney within the next five years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The elderly. I am quite familiar with estate planning documents needed for notarization.
