What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone consultation followed by an in person meeting. I start by getting them know the individuals and finding out what their needs are. If it's simply a notary service then that is very straightforward. If its financial planning we need to find out what their goals are, and why changing their finances important.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$12 per signature for notary plus travel. Typically a single signature in Sacramento and South would only run 25 to $30. Further travel may incur a minimum of $50 in the Sacramento region for a single signature.
How did you get started in this business?
I had a friend who did a notary work and loan signings who had the connections with the title company. I worked with him to learn how to do notary and loan signing work.
