Greetings
I am a licensed Real Estate agent and a State Commissioned loan signing Notary. During the COVID-19 crisis I will put on my PPE and travel to your location to get your essential business notartized and processed.
I enjoy beingnin being a notary because I enjoy meeting new people and getting things taken care of that are important to them. Whether its sgning loan papers for your new home, refinancing for home improvements, witnessing parties signing legal documents, or marrying someone, I will provide accurate, professional quality work for you or your loved one.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me and I will ask them what they need notarized and how soon.
I will quote them a price which will include a travel fee.
I will obtain their address contact info and set an appt. I Arrive for the appt on time, complete notary receive payment and hand a business card!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience as a notary and have notarized many documents. My prior work experience includes 17 years as a court room clerk Sacramento Superior Court.
I am a certified loan signing agent, and a CA state licensed Real Estate Sales agent.
