    Frequently asked questions

    Tax, Representation, and Quickbooks: Confirming engagement via phone, email, or text. We ask customers to upload copies of all tax documents and a copy of the prior year return so we can see if there are any items we may need to be aware of or carryovers from prior years.

    All tax returns must be paid for upon completion and prior to electronic filing.  We provide a watermarked copy of your tax return when we request for your esignature authorizing us to file your tax returns. 

    Notary: Verify customer has appropriate identification and identify the type of documents being notarized. A deposit may be required to book an appointment slot if we are consulting or doing back year tax returns and/or IRS or state tax representation work. 

    Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, which is the highest designation awarded by the IRS.  This allows me to represent the US paying taxpayer anywhere in the world!

    Additionally, I hold a NTPI tax representation Fellow from NAEA, Notary Public, as well as extensive Title, Escrow, and real estate background as well as a Certified Document Signer for notary services.

    What is an Enrolled Agent:

    Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. The EA credential is recognized across all 50 U.S. statesAttorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs) are licensed on a state by state basis and are also empowered by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS

    Tax Services, quote based on the complexity of the return. The minimum charge is $275.

    Notary: $15.00 per signature with additional trip charge depending on distance and time of day.
