Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tax, Representation, and Quickbooks: Confirming engagement via phone, email, or text. We ask customers to upload copies of all tax documents and a copy of the prior year return so we can see if there are any items we may need to be aware of or carryovers from prior years.
All tax returns must be paid for upon completion and prior to electronic filing. We provide a watermarked copy of your tax return when we request for your esignature authorizing us to file your tax returns.
Notary: Verify customer has appropriate identification and identify the type of documents being notarized. A deposit may be required to book an appointment slot if we are consulting or doing back year tax returns and/or IRS or state tax representation work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, which is the highest designation awarded by the IRS. This allows me to represent the US paying taxpayer anywhere in the world!
Additionally, I hold a NTPI tax representation Fellow from NAEA, Notary Public, as well as extensive Title, Escrow, and real estate background as well as a Certified Document Signer for notary services.
For more information on our designations see:
What is an Enrolled Agent:
Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. The EA credential is recognized across all 50 U.S. states. Attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs) are licensed on a state by state basis and are also empowered by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS

I began in the title industry working in escrow, moving into sales and commercial business development.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Trustees, buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property, business owners and corporations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A wealth of experience and knowledge is behind us.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please be considerate of our time if you book an appointment. Cancellations do happen, however it is costly to everyone that sets aside a time slot that can not be filled at the last minute.
