It is my #1 goal to listen carefully to your needs and problem areas and make sure to address them thoroughly. You will always receive a full 60 min or 90 min of bodywork, unlike a chain spa or clinic.

I’m a passionate massage therapist on a mission to relieve pain, educate my clients on pain reduction techniques, and help make life more enjoyable. I have developed my own approach and style to massage over the past few years trading with knowledgable mentors, working at high end spas, and chiropractic offices. I am constantly broadening my anatomical knowledge with continuing education courses and adding current techniques to my massage repertoire to ensure positive results. I attended the reputable National Holistic Institute of Emeryville, CA with over 1,000 hours in education in over 9 different modalities and am CAMTC certified (#72338.)
