Michelle Mahlman
About
I specialize in helping people to break addictions and recurring emotional cycles. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for self discovery and transformation. Many people come to me looking for an alternative to traditional therapy. I like to say that my service is like talk therapy with a twist because much of the energy healing will happen through conversation, but I also offer channeled insight and many tools and resources for further education and development.
I'm a stellar investigator and love helping my clients to connect all the dots. It’s all connected - mind, body, spirit, soul. We’ll leave no stone unturned. Whatever is in the way of your inner peace, together we will find it and eradicate it!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please book an initial session which includes an assessment of your main health/life concerns and discovery of what you need to heal and thrive. If we’re a good fit to continue working together, session packages are available. I’d love to take you on a deeper dive and see you toward an achievement that you can be proud of, which takes a little time. I don’t offer a quick-fix solution but I do offer sustainable and lasting results (providing you do your homework)!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified health coach, certified yoga instructor and certified energy practitioner. I'm constantly studying and training myself.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The intial call is $144. The price of the programs are disclosed at that time.
How did you get started in this business?
My passion for holistic health birthed from both my intro to yoga and recovery from alcoholism in 2005. Then I moved to NYC and found The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and that's what got me on my true path as a healer. The rest is herstory.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many walks of life but I mostly help women (of all shapes, ages and colors). I serve those who are brand new to a spiritual path and those who are more advanced but need assistance with their awakening process which can be very challenging.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well the most recent event I'm fond of is living in Tulum, Mexico for 6 months last year. So much healing and transformation!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you like their energy and you feel a connection!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I have a questionairre I send to my potential customers before their initial call with me to help them discover their desires, needs and goals.
