I am passionate about my work and very clear that this is my life's purpose. I understand first hand the many struggles felt when things in your home and close relationships seem like they're falling apart. Sometimes it might be ok but other times the stress and tensions rise like waves making things so difficult. The stress can get to you causing further arguments, added work stress, anxiety, depression or health problems.
I thoroughly enjoy assisting in finding ways to experience peace so that you can be at your best in relationships. It is possible. Furthermore, finding ways to lead your family and close relationships toward joyful connection is achievable.
Through individual, couples or family counseling, I am family systems-minded. Meaning, human beings do not live in a void, we live in relationship. I work to find how you have been affected by past and current relationships and uncover what has been holding you back from having the kind of relationships and life you love.
How we relate to ourselves and one another makes all the difference and the struggle to find our way can feel arduous, frustrating and confusing. If you're tired of the struggle, I encourage you to reach out and find out how to gain joy, ease, and synergy in all your relationships.

How did you get started in this business?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was hired to co-facilitate a group of 20 individuals to change their lives from mediocrity to radical leadership. They were successful in pursuing new business ideas, advancing their careers, healing past wounds, and revitalizing their family relationships in powerful ways.
They also came together as a large community to give back. They raised thousands of dollars to help Sonoma County clean up local rivers and they enrolled hundreds of people from the community to an all day event to clean the river.
They picked up nearly 2 tons of garbage making the rivers beautiful again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The most important aspect of successful treatment is your therapist's ability to understand you and build a strong professional relationship with you.
It is not as important that they have gone through exactly what you have, what's important is their ability to empathize with how you feel.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about their passion for this work.
Ask about their therapeutic approach to help you reach your goals.
Ask how they chose to measure how well the progress is going.
Ask how does the therapist determine when you are near goal achievement.
