TAXMAN DUI DEFENSE
About
At Taxman DUI defense we work all day everyday to get our clients the best possible outcome. We literally do all the work at DMV to keep our clients on the road driving so they can keep working. We emphasize constitutional technicalities in our practice to get our clients' DUI charges reduced or dismissed. We recognize that from time to time our clients are set up by law enforcement. We work tirelessly to expose flaws in the prosecution's case ranging from field sobriety tests that were incorrectly interpreted or illegal arrests based on insufficient evidence.
