What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and review the clients situation and go over our services and fees. If the client wants to move forward we establish what we will do for them and create an implementation plan. Full on boarding, establish account management, financial planning and our ongoing roadmap keeps us on track for comprehensive planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the Anmerican College.
