About
It started three years ago. I was massively obese, to the point of no longer being able to tie my own shoes. That is when I started hitting the gym and met my Personal Trainer and now friend. Who introduced me into the Health and Fitness world and pushed me to become a Personal Trainer as well. Not long after that I branched into Massage Therapy. My goal is to facilitate healing and share what I have learned. So that others can begin or further their journey towards health and happiness.

How did you get started in this business?
I actually started out, on a treadmill believe it or not! I had no idea what I was doing. When a Personal Trainer at the gym came over and gave me some advise. I bought sessions of training with him that very day and my journey into this wonderful world began.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes, older clients, people with both chronic and acute pain.
I primarily specialize in working in pain management.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to relax. Getting a massage can sometimes be a scary and intimate experience for some people. Take a breath and remember, we all went to school just so we could help you either to relax, feel better, reduce pain. We are here FOR YOU. Open your mind to it and the healing will come.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Well, Massage cant fix everything, not by a long shot. Remember if you are concerned about something to consult your physician as well.
And be open and honest with us! We are medical therapists and the best way we can help you is with all the information. Remember anything you share with us is strictly confidential your rights and privacy are protected by HIPAA.
