My reason for my chosen career in the insurance and financial services industry is a very personal one. My mom passed away last year, and it’s the circumstances of her passing that lead me to a better understanding the importance of what I will be doing. It’s the ability to offer those you love true piece of mind and for me that has a value no other career can compare too. I believe in the company I represent in Mass-Mutual, but further than that I believe in truly making a difference in the future of my clients. That is why I believe God has called me to this career, and with that in mind I will serve my clients with all I am!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That all depends on the needs and the services requested. In general, we get a proper assessment of what is ask for, what’s is needed, and what will work in that particular situation. When we have a accurate plan in place for concern in question we move forward to executing it efficiently.
