We provide Sellside Mergers and Acquisition advisory to companies wishing to sell.
We also provide Buy-side M&A advisory for companies seeking to grow by acquiring companies.
In addition, we provide Strategic Growth Plans and Execution as well as Restructuring / Turn Around advice to companies seeking to grow organically or in need of increasing their financial position.
As president and CEO of Moneta Vista Advisors, Chris Abato has over 20 years of experience on both sides of the acquisition negotiating table: Selling and Buying domestic and international companies from $1M to $1B. She also has experience creating and executing Strategic Growth Plans and Restructuring initiatives to turn around a flailing business to a growth and profitable state again. Chris started her M&A and Business Development career at Lockheed Martin leading large acquisitions of technology companies. She started Moneta Vista Advisors in 2012 and is a registered investment banker with ShorelineAmbrose Advisors, holding a FINRA Series 62 and Series 63 security licenses. She holds a degree in Physics from Binghamton University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially speak with our clients to see whether we are the best fit for their goals. If it looks like we're a mutual fit, we will then set up an introduction meeting at the client's place of business. Once we establish the goals of the project or engagement, we will send our clients a Statement of Work or an Engagement Agreement.
We partner with our clients with a longer term view in mind. Our goal is to ensure our clients achieve the best end results that they desire.

Think about what your desired goals are both professionally and personally. We will help you achieve them. It is always easier to help a client if they're clear about their desired outcome even if they're not exactly sure how to achieve that outcome, we can help.
