I am very personable and passionate about what I do. I have been counseling individuals, couples, kids and teens for over 15 years and I love it! I have always loved empowering people and helping them through their issues to get them to a healthy goal so that they can stop surviving and start LIVING!
I love watching my patients transform into healthy minded individuals. Seeing and helping each person meet their goals is what keeps me going and makes me happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a FREE 10 phone initial consultation which consists of finding out what brings a person to counseling as well as seeing if each party is a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree, Marriage and Family Therapy, Cal State University, Long Beach
Certified in: Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness, PTSD.

How did you get started in this business?
I am a survivor of many tradgedies growing up. I have experienced most things and I always knew after each survival that i wanted to help others through what I went through.
