I work with individuals and small businesses to help them minimize their tax liability. Our office also provides individual budgeting services, monthly bookkeeping services, payroll processing and can help you setup and maintain your corporation and LLC. Our business was founded by an accountant with over 20 years experience in finance, accounting and tax preparation.

I offer a free initial consultation to help determine what the best course of action is for your business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in taxation and am a registered tax preparer with the IRS and State of California. I have over 20 years experience preparing tax returns and in accounting. I previously worked for a Fortune 20 company in the finance department and am proficient in GAAP and reconciling tax accounting to GAAP.

Our tax pricing is hourly subject to minimum charges. Bookkeeping and Payroll services are charged a flat monthly rate depending on the level of services provided.
