What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call followed by an email recap and an Engagement letter to memorialize the agreement. I charge a retainer fee to get work started. I can communicate via email/call/text message for whatever questions you may have for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a tax attorney in Rancho Bernardo but with technology, my clients are from different parts of the country.
