VISIONARY AND INNOVATOR: Paula helps people regain fulfilling lives by quickly identifying and eliminating self-sabotaging behavior and limiting beliefs. She utilizes a variety of breakthrough, Mind/Body techniques to identify your core issues. Paula facilitates neutralizing and eliminating those problematic thoughts and beliefs through energy system intervention. This bypasses the conscious mind which is not nearly as powerful as the subconscious.
Measurable change quickly occurs and concrete results manifest in far less time than with traditional therapies which only focus on the conscious mind. Working with a wide variety of healing modalities, she provides clients with the most effective processes for their specific needs. Although traditionally trained at Long Beach State University with post-graduate work at Loyola Marymount University, Paula quickly fell in love with the effectiveness and rapid results created by Mind/Body approaches. In 1999 she became a founding member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology and now sit on its Board.
This approach often brings immediate relief and change to people dealing with the ravages of loss and grief, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, addiction and weight issues. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After hearing a bit about the client's issues I use a combination of my intuition and Mind/Body tools to discover their limiting beliefs and trauma patterns.
Using the tools of Energy Psychology, Neuroscience and Epigenetics I help them clear the problematic beliefs and behaviors and then use neuro programming to install positive, productive replacements.
