My passion is to help women create the lives they want for themselves. I work with women on both personal and professional goals. My specialty is helping women through the process and struggles associated with divorce and single parenthood.
I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, a California Teaching Credential and I am also an LCTI Certified Life Coach.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my clients through asking open ended questions and letting them share their stories with me. I discover what their strengths and weaknesses are and we work together on what their issues are and how we can get them where they want to be. We meet each week for an hour as well as a telephone or FaceTime check in during the week. I help my clients set goals and activities to reach those goals. I help them self discover through special processes I use when they don’t know where to start or what they are truly feeling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a California Teaching Credential. I have worked with children and parents for over 35 years.
I have extensive training in Lay Counseling and was a Stephens Minister for many years.
I also earned my Credential and Certification in Life Coaching and have worked with my clients for many years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I like to set up a 3 month package with my clients, meeting once a week for 1 hour with a 30 minute check in call.
My rates vary with weekly verses package deals. People will usually pay between $80-100 for 90 mins per week
How did you get started in this business?
I personally have always been drawn to helping others on an emotional/spiritual level. When I went through some very tough seasons in my life, I was comforted through coaching and counseling. I have always wanted to give back in the same way.
I became a life coach after my experience going through a divorce and becoming a single parent.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with women with many different needs, struggles and goals. Everything from professional goals all the way down to parenting, loss of spouse, divorce or illness.
