I'm a Christian life coach, my specialities are in #Writing, #Productivity & Reaching your Dreams Fearlessly, through coaching, focusing on health if that is an issue, practical tips & accountability (holding you accountable on your action steps so you will see your dream and goals). I'm currently working online worldwide.

What I enjoy about the work I do is that I get to meet people from all over the world, have deep conversations about what makes their eye sparkle and I seem to understand where each is at in their life. I'm excited every time I see someone accomplish something they were stuck and couldn't see happen.

Lastly, I also incorporate the encouragement of scriptures and my faith in Jesus if the client requests.

That I have been able to coach others from what seems like a distance through video or phone calls, which is something I'm very familiar with. I also am very resourceful and provide my clients with videos and podcasts to watch or listen to in between sessions.

I looked for a coach who could help me improve my productivity, and chose Liliana because in her description it said she is good with creative minds. Well, I am, always distracted with good ideas, and everything that crosses my path every day.
She guided me in a few weeks making a new schedule, especially a week schedule that ended up a two-weekly schedule. In the schedule lays my needs, my tasks, and it became something that gave me back time, hobbies, and doing my work in a different way.
Im very content, surprised and happy about how Liliana worked with me so far. I paused the coaching for a few weeks and well continue later to work on the longer run.

I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, studied Christian life Coaching through Light University and have 6 years of experience as a mental health professional in my regular job.
