I have more than three decades of experience. I began my legal career in Los Angeles, and was a young partner in a large law firm. I started my own practice in 1992, and relocated to Palm Springs in 1993, where my wife and I raised our family.
My cases include marital dissolutions involving large and complex estates, small businesses, and professional practices. I draft and review prenuptial agreements.
I have served as the chair and newsletter editor of the Family Law Section of the Desert Bar Association and currently serve as its Legal Analyst. I am on the court's mediation panel for family law matters.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients come in for an initial consultation. If they live out of the area, I will do an initial consultation with them by phone or Skype.
