Sometimes, it is difficult to navigate through life’s challenges. Our goal at AMCSI is to provide comprehensive counseling tools and techniques, as well as mediation services to individuals, families, teens, and children to assist with these challenges. It may be difficult to admit assistance is needed to sort through the issues; AMCS Inc. meets our clients where they are by providing assistance through intervention, education, mediation, and support. We provide clients with a welcoming atmosphere where compassion and empathy allow clients the opportunity to share their concerns openly for transformation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes in, we start them out with an intake specialist. This person gathers all of the vital information and takes the time to explain our documents to the client. This also allows the client to ask any clarifying questions they may have before seeing their assigned counselor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 13 therapists working in our office, including 2 doctors. Their education ranges from Masters in Therapy to Doctorate in Psychology. Each therapist has different backgrounds and experience, which helps meet the needs of our clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our goal is to make therapy affordable for everyone; therefore, we provide a sliding scale for those who do not have insurance or prefer to not to use their insurance.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business because of my love for helping people and make sure that each clinician we add to our staff has the same passion for people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with children, couples, youth, individuals, as well as groups.
