What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial FREE consultation followed by a layout review and acceptance by the client. Once the client is happy, design begins. The customer is able to see the site in transition to finish.
For marketing, the client can expect a FREE consultation followed by an outline of services that will be rendered. The customer will get updates and progress reports.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Advertising with a minor degree in Marketing. I keep up my marketing skills by taking additional courses in SEO and Digital Marketing, which are my specialties.
I have built websites for over 10 years. Coursework in HTML.

I decided to start my first website design and marketing business due to a downturn in the market when jobs in marketing were sparse.
