What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by sending an email and ask a few questions regarding the company, if it seems to be a good fit, I schedule a call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in communications, and I have worked in both large and small public relations agencies on the east and the west coast. I learned from the top agencies and am now mentoring newcomers in the profession.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For smaller projects such as writing one press release or a blog post, it's a per hour rate, and for all-inclusive product launch and branding, I require a three-month commitment with a flat rate.
Services are paid upon signing of the contract.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a journalist and was invited by a big agency in NYC to join, I liked it and have remained in the field.

Ask to see the portfolio and writing samples and to be available for conversations.

Establish your monthly budget and see what can be done for it. Ask for a case study.
