About

People aren’t compartmentalized, they are multi-faceted and vibrant beings. That means, the discovery we co-create in our coaching relationship holds dynamic elements.

My training has inspired me to work holistically with my clients combining the latest in neuroscience research, somatic awareness, mindfulness and creative leadership.

My coaching process includes three core elements:

1) Leadership Wellness – this all about your holistic well-being and resilience

2) Innovation for Exploration – coaching can be fun and creative, we don’t just talk

3) Your Unique Essence – this is all about you as an individual and the energy you are consciously creating and leading with.

My philosophy stems from the belief that your body carries the wisdom you need to make your next move. When you learn to truly center from within, and access your inner knowing, it’s a game-changer. Combine this with your unique skills, passions and experience for skyrocketing your progress and create outcomes that truly fulfilling.. AND – it can be fun!!

I have been formally coaching since 2003. What I love most about my business is the connection and co-creation that occurs with my clients. It's so much fun to be on a discovery path together, inservice to them. Often new creativity and healing emerges. It always blows me away when someone is ready for the change, how it can be lightening fast and life-altering impactful. Being able to support and celebrate the wins (no matter how big or small) with my clients brings so much joy and satisfaction.

Kimberley was such an amazing force. She was a stand for me to become a fully self-expressed person and to clear away my limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. Through my time with her as a coach, I was able to erase a negative story I had about myself, that I didnt have follow through. The direct result was writing and publishing a book and also creating, recording, and distributing a podcast, all in the same year. Those were amazing results. Plus, I was better equipped to handle stressful situations or other things that made me nervous. I still use a lot of what I learned/gained in my sessions with Kimberley today.

    Frequently asked questions

Each client I work with is unique and programs are co-created based on client desires. I will walk you through a few processes to uncover the outcomes desired and then we will quickly get coaching. You get to bring the agenda each week and although your current focus may be narrow, as your coach and ally, I will consistently hold your bigger vision. Coaching is a process that can be deep, light-hearted, exploratory and hold lots of new learning.

Certified by the prestigious Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI), The Nia Technique and The Center for Mind Body Medicine, Kimberley brings a holistic and innovative approach to her clients. Having earned a master’s degree focused on Creativity and Compassionate Leadership, she is curious about the intersection of practical and sacred service.  A lifelong creative, Kimberley has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, experiential facilitator and coach. She is an expert in leveraging body wisdom to turn vision into reality and finding the relevant, often unconventional path forward.

Pricing varies depending on the best package for the client. I always offer a free 60-minute phone / zoom consultation to explore potential for a good match and to discuss options. I don't charge by the hour, I sell packages.

I formally started my business in 2003 - although I have been coaching since high school - people were just drawn to me for exploring things and discovery. My formal business emerged through word of mouth for many years. It has evolved from individual coaching and readings to include annual leadership retreats, creative thought partnering and mind body medicine groups for leadership wellness.

I have worked with creatives, entrepreneurs, coaches, non-profit leaders, health officers across California, international managers, mid-level tech leaders, and more. The common thread has been people who care and want to show up as awesome leaders while encouraging collaboration and creating purposeful impact.

A recent event I am fond of was the growth a client reported. She had come to me for leadership skills and discovered that an internal shift was what was needed. She really stayed with our process and ended up raising the bar on her leadership while getting recruited for a new position that is bringing her a desired and exciting challenge. We had so much fun as she evolved and learned.

Shop around, meet with a few coaches, find the person who feels like a match - potentially bringing a combination of compassion and fierceness. You will know when it lands!

    To self:

    What's your challenge right now?

Where do you want to be?

What would having that do for you?

    Why is that important?

    To the Pro:

How do you work with your clients?

What is unique about what you bring to the coaching relationship?

(and anything else you are curious about) ;)
