We offer our clients in depth understanding of the issues and obstacles that prevent them from having the life and love they want. Once they understand how they are getting in their own way, we show them new strategies and teach them tools for changing the patterns that undermine their success in work, love and living. Our work is tailored to each individual and couple as needed.

After studying psychology and philosophy at University, I worked in advertising and journalism. I came back to psychology and working with people in my thirties and found my calling. I thoroughly enjoy helping people discover new perspectives and tools for living the life they were meant to have. Seeing people find love, have thriving relationships and discover their real purpose in life is one of the best parts of my day.

Frequently asked questions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a no charge 30 minute inital telephone session. From here we each decide if we are a good fit to work together and proceed to meet by conference call, zoom or phone. We are also available for individual and couple retreats in Sonoma County California and at Lake Chapala in Mexico.
